CHIPS Chatter- February
Our first ever Diaper Drive starts on February 1, and runs until the end of the month. You can drop off any diapers during our regular CHIPS days on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:30-11:30 am. You can donate a bag, a box or a bale (a bag within a box) of any size. CHIPS January Newsletter
1. We are having a Movie Day outing at the Wetaskiwin theatre on Thursday, January 20! The movie is Megamind 2D, it will start at 9:30 am, and there is free admission for CHIPS members!! The Drill Hall will be open for anyone who does not want to attend.

CHIPS November Newsletter
1. There will be NO CHIPS November 11 (Remembrance Day), and the 18 and 22 due to Gingerbread & Glitter setup and take down. Please mark your calendars!

CHIPS Announcements:
Food Bank Drive is continuing in December. CHIPS will match total donations received from members, so let's see how much food we can raise for the Food Bank together.
Drop-in fees are required for December, our "free drop-in with food donation" promotion concluded the end of November. A drop in fee will also be applied for our Christmas party.

• Sore throat • Runny nose • Stuffy nose • Cough
Probably a cold.
Get some rest.
The person has a fever over 38oC (100.4oF).
The fever came on suddenly and is accompanied by these symptoms:

Sometimes as parents, we put our faith into the stores. We buy a toy from a large department store because, if they have it on the shelves, it must be safe. This is not true. We as parents must educate ourselves in knowing what toys are harmful or safe. I attaching this Toy Safety Manual for you to read and will be posting more toy recall websites so that you as parents can see which manufacturers are recalling their toys.
