ORGANIC PICK UP

Organic Pick up starts May 6th!!!! Starting next week (May 1st) the Town will be delivering a small kitchen bin to all homes in Millet. This bin can be kept on your counter or under your sink to hold food scraps until you are able to take them out to your large bin for pick up! Inside these bins you will find 10 small compost bags to get you started as well as an information package that should answer all your composting questions! ORGANIC BINS BEING DELIVERED!!!!

GFL Contractors will be starting to deliver the large Organic bins on Monday, April 1st! The delivery process will be sporadic within the next couple weeks. All residents in the Town of Millet will receive a bin. The Organics Program starts on May 6th! Please place your bin where you put your garbage bins and stay tuned for more information on the program! We will be putting out an information package within the next couple weeks to answer all your questions and concerns.

WHERE DO WE VOTE FOR THE APRIL 16, 2019 PROVINCIAL ELECTION? For all Millet residents voting will take place at the Millet Community Hall from 9am-8pm, this includes people in PSD 49, just east of Millet to RR240 and north to TW481. Public Skating/Shinny Hockey Cancelled

The Town of Millet regretfully announces that effective immediately, all future public skating and shinny hockey will be cancelled.  Due to circumstances beyond our control, the ice surface of the arena has been shut down for the duration of the season. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
