CALC and FCSS Pages Have Moved

In an effort to clean up the website, the Community tab, which housed the CALC, FCSS and Services Directory pages, has been removed. You can now find these pages under the Residents tab. Holiday Office Closures

Please be advised that Lamont County Administration and Public Works Offices will be closed for the Holidays from December 25, 2017, to January 1, 2018. They will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2018. The CALC office will be closed from December 22, 2017 to January 2, 2018. The Lamont County Open Farm Days, scheduled for August 19, 2017, has been canceled due to poor ticket sales. We would like to extend our thanks to everyone who supported us in the planning, organization and sponsorship of the event. We will evaluate our options and work toward planning a more successful event for next year.   We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone who had planned to attend or participate.

Lamont County is collecting stories from residents of Lamont County, to celebrate 125 years of Ukrainian settlement in Canada, as well as Canada’s 150th anniversary. Family history stories, personal stories about growing up in Lamont County, and more, will be collected and compiled into a book to be published. Please join us for the 2nd Annual Lamont County Open House, Wednesday June 8 from 5-7 p.m. at the St. Michael Hall! The star of the show will be the Grand Opening of the St. Michael Indoor Play Center (ribbon cutting at 5:30)!
