Babas & Borshch gives back to the Community

Great Turnout at the Industrial Heartland evening

The first Lamont County Industrial Heartland Information Evening held on December 2, 2014, in Lamont was a great success. The Meeting room at the Lamont Hall was crowded with over 100 people as residents came to speak with Industry representatives, organizations and County staff from various departments. New Economic Development Website is Launched

The Lamont County Economic Development department launched their new website and branding during the October 14 council meeting on Tuesday. With a clear message that Lamont County is “Now Open to the World”, two banners were unveiled highlighting the new logo and all that Lamont County has to offer, and a tour of the website was given. Babas and Borshch 2014 Media Launch

The run up toward the Babas and Borshch Ukrainian Festival for 2014 was officially launched on Thursday, July 19 at the Ukrainian Youth Unity Center in Edmonton.
