Vehicle & Equipment Incidents
Year-to-date we have had six incidents/near misses and all have been vehicle or equipment related. A severe reminder memo went out to all field staff to perform a walk-around of the unit being moved and locking out equipment when performing maintenance checks/repairs/servicing. Another reminder memo of overall safety at work went out to follow safe work practices.
