Have you ever had balances on a patron account that do not add up? For example, there is a fine showing for $0.25 and an overpayment credit showing up for -$1.10, but the balance does not say that the patron is owed -$0.85 as it should? There is a simple fix to this problem.

When you are on the PURF screen type in the word BALANCE. This is the first screen you see when you login to the patron record through check-out, if they have any blocks. You will see the money balance here.

Dynix will re-calculate the amount the patron owes or is owed.
