Your friendliness and flexibility are qualities that will endorse customer loyalty and referrals for a long time. It is unfortunate that the cloth diapers did not work out for us but I believe that this is something that every parent should at least try.

Phenomenal diapers!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful the new microfiber diapers are - you have taken all the work out of cloth diapering! I am so glad that my first baby has been in Happy Nappy diapers since birth; all future children definitely will be too! Why No One Else?
Happy Nappy should be manditory for all new moms!! I say this because since i have used your service i have seen a wonderful trend. You have a diaper that in every account is better than any paper diaper. The smell is even less and not as bad. I think it is absolutely fantastic that when I move to Toronto this fall I will get to keep on using the same incredable service. I could go on for ever but if any mom is out there reading this and you don't believe me, you really do need to give them a call. I will never use another disposable diaper again. Thanks again HAPPY NAPPY for doing the right thing and doing it so well..

Happy to be healthy
We recently had our boy Andrew and started using Happy Nappy diapers right from the start. My wife bought a package of Pampers just in case but we are in our second week and haven't touched it (and don't imagine that we ever will). If anyone wants a free package of Pampers just let us know. I don't want my boy to wear anything but Happy Nappy!

3 Times a charm!
I have just had my third baby and am signing up again for diaper service. I tried a different service with my first (Happy Nappy wasn't available in my area yet) and I am truly HAPPY to retuun to Happy Nappy their diapers are better!more absorbent and they fit better =less leaks. The material is much softer and they didn't smell of bleach. Service is the way to go. I have washed my own at home and it wasn't worth it, the cost of the cloth diapers I had to buy (purchased at garage sales) and the time I spent washing wasn't worth it, plus I couldn't buy a diaper with the same quality. The secret to good results with cloth diapers is in the diaper fit good absorbent materials and a great cover. With a service they aren't anymore work than disposables and cost aboout the same. I am Happy to be back again. Keep up the good work!

Green Green Green
When my baby was born in September, i was excited, overwhelmed and everything in between. I really wanted to use cloth diapers but wasn't sure how i would make time for more laundry while figuring out how to care for a newborn. When my daughter was 2 weeks old my parents had read an article in the paper about this service, so we gave it a go. it was awesome , there were diapers on our doorstep the very next day! The diapers looked way more comfortable than the disposables we were using, and the only time my daughter had a diaper rash was in the first 2 weeks when she was in disposables. I couldn't say enough about how great this service is... it allows cloth diapers to be MORE CONVENIENT, BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, BETTER FOR YOUR BABY, AND EASY ON YOUR POCKETBOOK. Happy Nappy Rocks.

LOVE the Microfiber diapers
The microfiber diapers are awesome! They pull the wetness away from the skin and have terrific absorption. There are no leaks with this diaper, and my baby has yet to have a diaper rash. I love these diapers and would never think of using disposables. I'm so glad I found Happy Nappy on my first child!!! THANKS HAPPY NAPPY!
PS The staff in Edmonton are so helpful and nice. I feel like I've known them for years, and I have yet to meet any of them.

Great diapers
I love the microfiber diapers. I was having a real problem with the diapers leaking in the night because my baby tends to hold his bladder and then goes crazy and these new diapers are amazing. I was thinking of switching to disposables and I'm so happy that I didn't. I was also worried about the thickness of the diapers and if they would be too hot (my baby runs hot all the time) and was really happy when I saw that he had no problems. I love the fact that my kids have never had a diaper rash in their lives. Thank-you for the amazing service, you are wonderful and Merry Christmas!

I love the microfiber there are the best , i have the regular one but I belive i love the microfiber better there is no leak, and my baby have have a diaper rash.

Happy Nappy WILL get it right! Why I love Kate and Brent
They held my hand and provide great customer service and a sense of humour! This is my second baby and didn't know if I wanted to do disposables with him or try a service. Luckily Kate answered the phone and answered my biggest concern - soaking in chemicals to which she said NO WAY, NO CHEMICALS! After that assurance she calmly went on to tell me about how easy it is to use Happy Nappy. No hard sell, no shopping, no washing, no soaking, they'll pick up - SOLD!!! How easy can it get? Also, my little guy was having some size issues (at 5lbs, 6oz - I was worried about fit and growth) and some reaction issues (tender bum). I think I called Brent and Kate every other day for the first month and they were awesome! They really problem-solved and worked with me to deal with my concerns and always gave me the option to stop service guilt-free. Their sense of ease put me at ease to discuss anything with them and that open communication keeps me with them and happily happy nap my baby and share them with my friends

Happy Nappy has made our decision to use cloth diapers with our baby girl so very easy. The service is convenient -- we don't have to wash anything and don't even need to be home when diapers are delivered! The diapers themselves are beautifully made -- easy to put on and absorbent. Our little girl has very sensitive skin and we are comforted knowing Happy Nappy doesn't use harsh chemicals to clean the diapers -- she has never had any skin problems in her diaper area. Most of all, we've been so happy to have met John at Happy Nappy. He has been so helpful in making sure we have what we need to make cloth diapering easy and is always quick and thorough when we have questions. We really feel that cloth diapering with Happy Nappy is the simplest part of taking care of our baby!

The grass is NOT greener on the other side!
What was I thinking? We had been with Happy Nappy since our daughter was born. For some reason (I'm claiming 'mom brain' on this one!) we thought we'd try out another diaper service. The diapers did not wick the moisture away from baby Maya, they leaked, and were generally a nightmare. We were on the phone with Happy Nappy within a day. Julie and Rick were fantastic! Clean diapers were dropped off that day and we were back on the program. We will never stray again! You guys are life-savers.

I live in the Greater Toronto area. I can not say enough good things about John and the service he provides. He always seems to go that extra mile to provide a quality service. Of course he can focus on that part of the business because of these diapers. Simply amazing. Why would you not want to use these diapers. The one thing that i took for granted was the smell. I was away and used pampers. Right away my husband and i noticed that they smelled. It was so gross. As soon as i got home and put back on the HAPPY NAPPY, no more smell. Ahhh. I never really write into these type of things but for what it is worth, if you are reading this, give John a call and try it. You will not be sorry and your baby (and nose) will thank you.

Happy to have my babies bum in your diapers....
I wanted to do cloth but knew I wouldnt do the washing part of it.. But having this service made my "green" choice so simple..I used the service for almost a year and then switched to anther green option when my son was 11months old, But I would highly recommend this service as the diapers always arrived clean and the convenience factor made it so easy for me to choose cloth .... And the diapers were just so darn cute....

Fabulous service! Fabulous diapers!
We're so happy we tried your service. We had been with another diaper service but had to stop using them as they offered the traditional cotton diaper and our baby couldn't make the adjustment after the dry-feeling of disposables. We wanted to do cloth for the environment but couldn't convince our baby :) Your diapers let him feel totally dry even when wet, are totally convenient (even my partner says so!) and the customer service is amazing. We're total converts and are so happy to have found your service.

We Love Cloth Diapers
Everyone told us that we were crazy about choosing to go cloth. Now when I show them the Happy Nappy Diapers they change their mind-set. We are so pleased with the quality, absorbency and convenience of the diapers! It is almost a year since my daughter has been using the Happy Nappy Diaper Service and we are so happy we made the decision to go cloth! Thanks to John & Susan for their superb service.

Max LOVES Happy Nappy's Cloth Diapers
When I was pregnant, I knew we would diaper our baby in cloth. Not only are they better for the environment, but also they're so soft for babies' tender bums! My son is now six months old and he loves the cloth. He's never had a diaper rash - even his doctor noticed how soft his skin is. The shape of Happy Nappy's diapers also make them great for changes. When Max has had a particularly soiled nappy, the tabs (and the unsoiled parts of the diaper) are great wipes - so unlike others who use disposables, I don't go through many baby wipes either. I have recommended Happy Nappy to many of my expectant friends. What a fantastic service.
And one more thing - Susan and John make pick up and delivery so easy. Thank you again.

Absolutely The Best Diapers!
These are the BEST diapers! I cannot stop raving about them! I tell anyone who will listen how great they are, and I show anyone who will watch how amazingly easy they are to use!
They are certainly NOT our parent’s cloth diapers! No folding, no rinsing, just easy and convenient, and the BEST thing for my baby’s tender bottom!
The microfiber keeps my baby dry, even when he wets several times through the night, they are brilliant!
I honestly don’t know why anyone would use disposable after trying Happy Nappy!

You really get what you pay for!!
"We used "the other service" for an entire year with our first child, and our experience with them just led us to assume that leaky diapers, annoying diaper folding, and diaper rashes were the norm with cloth diapering! With their service, we used cotton pre-folds, which essentially are like using a thick cotton shirt that you have to fold "just so" in order to try to make them work - and no fasteners to help you keep them together. They leak, fall apart, and really just don't work very well. So messy and frustrating! Not to mention the poor customer service we received. After a year of frustration, we reluctantly switched to Happy Nappy after Nichole guaranteed us we'd see our problems fixed with their service. As it turns out, Happy Nappy diapers and their delivery service are amazing! The microfiber diapers are super soft, have tonnes of fasteners, are thick and absorbant, never smell, have elasticized waist and legs so they don't leak, and are always freshly laundered. On top of all that, Nichole, Julie and Rick offer unbeatable customer service. The extra cost is so small, and it's absolutely worth it!!!!!"

100% Satisfaction
To those who are thinking about trying Happy Nappy Cloth Diapers...
We have twins and just love our cloth diapers.
The bin that we keep the dirty diapers in is right in our kitchen and most of the diaper changing happens there. We never smell what's in the bin!! And it's so convenient to just take a soiled diaper off and then put it right into the bin... with no diaper cleaning necessary. Also the inside of the diapers on our girls stay dry while the wetness is pushed to the outer edge along the diaper cover. And we haven't had any diaper rash on either of our two babies.
We've been extremely satisified with the service, the staff at Happy Nappy are great and extrememly accomodating!! And if you're looking to go "green"... then it can't get much better than not filling a landfill with disposables.
We'll be using Happy Nappy until our girls are out of diapers and with any future little ones!!
We highly recommend this service!!

Love this service
I love this service and am thankful that I have the opportunity to use cloth over disposable. I use disposable on vacation and it is amazing how quickly the diapers fill up the garbage in just one week. Thank you again for this service.

Better than disposable!
We have been using the service since our daughter was born in January. I loved them but the hubby kept arguing for the disposables. Finally having enough I agreed, I called and cancelled our service (sadly I might add) and started using the disposables.
A couple of days after switching my little girl pulled one of her famous explosive runny poops while dad was home. It was up her back and down her legs...it was EVERYWHERE!!! One look at that and hearing from me that this NEVER happens with her cloth diapers and he was convinced. I called the next day to resume our service and couldn't be happier.
The service is great, the diapers are wonderful, she has never had diaper rash, the diapers contain her explosive poops, and everyone is so helpful! I tell everyone how much I love your service!

SO much better then disposables!!!
We've been using Happy Nappy since the birth of our third child. I always wanted to use a diapering service but just assumed it would cost more then my income would allow!! WOW was I wrong!! And the diapers are so soft and our son has yet to have a rash! We went on a camping trip when he was 7 weeks old and opted to take some disposable diapers with us so we didn't have to carry around 10-15 dirty diapers all weekend! Turns out, the Huggies we had leaked EVERY time he went pee, he was irritated and grouchy being in jelly diapers and would fuss within minutes of wetting. I think we went through as many clothes as we did diapers, and we've never had that much of a problem with Happy Nappy's diapers!! I was very frustrated by the end of the weekend and decided next time we go out of town, we will take an extra kitchen catcher and carry around the 10-15 diapers to save the headache of using disposables!! Thank you SO much for such an incredible service!! :)

I have been using Happy Nappy since my daughter was born over 4 months ago, I have to say I love it! She has never had a diaper rash due to the cloth diapers.
When she was born at over 9lbs no new born diapers fit, so I thank goodness I didn't try to buy my own to wash at home! She is growing so quickly using this service has saved me a large chunk of money, I will never use another service, never go to disposables and have recommended this service to everyone I met!

Happy Nappy Diapers make my life easier
We had a round of diarrhea in the dayhome yesterday (yuk), but I've got to say, I'm loving your service. It was great to change those diapers often, knowing that you'd take care of the smelly washing! Your service really does make my job so much easier :)

Easy to use diapers and friendly service
We just had our first baby and have found Happy Nappy a fantastic company to work with. They are friendly, understanding and flexible. The diapers work great, and besides feeling good about not throwing all those disposable diapers in the landfill... it's one less thing to have to fit into those already small shopping carts. Great company! I would highly recommend Happy Nappy to anyone.

We love happy nappy
We can't express enough about how much we love this diaper service! I had wanted to do cloth diapers for our first baby because it is so environmentally friendly but wasn't really keen on washing them ourselves. I was really excited to find out about this service a few months before we had our second baby because it meant that I could get the best of both worlds - cloth diapers and not having to wash them ourselves!! This company is easy to work with and every Thursday a fresh batch of diapers is delivered to our door and the stinky old ones are taken away. We hope to continue with Happy Nappy until our baby is potty trained. :)

Missed our Happy Nappies
We recently used disposables over the Christmas holiday as we were out of province. I couldn't wait to get home and get our Happy Nappies back. The disposables had so many leaks it was very inconvenient to always be carrying a change of clothes.

Love it....
When it's cold here in Regina, there is nothing better than having more than enough diapers and not have to go out and get them. Also, when my boy pees or poops in a freshly changed diaper, I don't feel like it's wasted money as I have plenty and using more doesn't cost me more.
