Preamble:
A BY-LAW of the Municipal Corporation of the Town of St. Paul to administer the Safety Codes Act being R.S.A. 1980 c.S-0.5 as it relates to the following disciplines:

(a) building;
(b) electrical;
(c) fire.
(d) gas; and
(e) plumbing.
