Details:

There are 1440 minutes in a day.....it's time to get active for 30!

Curves, Value Drug Mart and Stedman's along with the organizers invite you to come join the newly formed Centennial Walking Club to walk on our multipurpose trail.

You can join us Monday through Thursday at noon for 30 minutes of brisk walking.

Departure at 12 noon from:

- Parent Link (4433 - 50 Avenue) on Mondays and Wednesdays

- Curves (4814 - 49 St.) on Tuesdays and Thursdays

as of April 14 and up until June 30, 2008

Nordic walking poles will be available free of charge at Curves.

Why join a walking club?

- It's fun

- To improve you general health, to keep fit or to control your weight

- To make new acquaintances and new friends

- To get and stay motivated

- Walking is healthy, accessible, enjoyable and safe activity for everyone!

There is no charge.  All you need is a good pair of walking shoes or runners and your good will.
