|Description:||The Village of Warburg is looking for a motivated post-secondary school student who is looking to gain valuable work experience over the summer.
Commencing in May 1, 2019 to August 30, 2019, (with some flexibility), the following opportunity is available. (Please note we may consider a secondary/high school student for the months of July and August)
The incumbent will be responsible for general labour duties including but not limited to the upkeep of the Village’s parks, park facilities and public spaces; inspecting playgrounds, vegetation control, and will require the operation of light equipment.
The incumbent should be able to operate small equipment such as: weed whippers, mowing tractors and other hand-held equipment used in public works operations.
Please note that a valid Driver’s License is essential.
