|Description:||On behalf of our client, a very busy large law firm, located downtown we are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to take on a very busy role greeting clients and visitors, plus be responsible for managing a variety of additional administrative and clerical tasks as well. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a minimum of 5 years experience in a very busy corporate large environment where juggling priorities in a fast paced ever changing setting are the norm.

Candidates best suited for this role with have a professional demeanor, are outgoing and welcoming, are able to remember clients voices and enjoy the face pace of a very busy high traffic atmosphere.
To be successful in this role you will have an office administration diploma, plus a minimum of three years as a Receptionist. Proficiency on MS Office an asset along with an average typing speed of 55wpm.
You will also have a very positive attitude, a genuine desire to help people and make them feel comfortable. A track record of dependability and commitment.
