|Description:||On behalf of our client a corporate head office located downtown Edmonton, we are searching for a Recruitment Specialist with a minimum of five years experience to take on a portfolio of branches to recruit for varied positions at all levels.
In this role you will take ownership of the complete process, to attract, assess and hire top talent for the organization. Working
closely with hiring managers to ensure they are successful when selecting candidates that will succeed & thrive within the organization.
In the role you will develop partnerships, network with a variety of organizations to attract top talent to include campus recruitment, career fairs, graduate programs and other social media initiatives.
|Qualifications:||Candidates with a degree or diploma in human resources, business, psychology or related courses, programs will be given preference as well as a passion for recruiting and helping internal and external people connect. You are also self-directed, well organized, computer and social media savvy.
