St. Paul Community Learning Association (CLA) is your local community adult learning association. Our purpose is to ensure that quality learning opportunities are available to the adults who live in St. Paul and area. These may be offered through all day workshops, a series of classes, evening/weekend courses, onetime presentations, and special project funded programs. Life long learning...its our business! The CLA office is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 am 3:30 pm.
