- MOW maintains and improves the nutritional health of those who are unable to prepare adequate meals for themselves. This service can be accessed by phone or walkin. Cost for each meal is $4.90; subsidy is available through FCSS based on family size and income. Meals are delivered Monday Friday at noon.
