Networks works with students in grades 3 to 9. The program uses a triangulated approach involving students, their families, and the community to provide the most effective means of prevention and intervention for students at risk for academic failure and/or for dropping out of school. The general goal of the program is to increase the students coping abilities in terms of prosocial relationships at home, at school, and with the community involvinggroup counselling sessions, individual counselling sessions, family counselling/support, teacher support, workshops/community presentations, peer support facilitation.
