Registration is taken on a first come, first paid basis.

Register early to ensure your son or daughter a spot on this year's soccer teams!

Saturday, March 17, 10 am to 2 pm at the Millet Scout Hall

Pre - register on line. See below. Online deadline is April 26. U12 - U16 teams has been established and registration can only be taken if there still is room on the teams. U6 - U10 teams have not all been established.

REGISTRATION FEES

(includes Accident Insurance, individual & team photo, and Millet tournament fee)

  • Under 6 age group (born in 2001/2002/2003) Fee:$70.00 (No Tournament)
  • Under 8 age group (born in 1999/2000) Fee:$80.00
  • Under 10 age group (born in 1997/1998) Fee:$80.00
  • Under 12 age group (born in 1995/1996) Fee:$90.00
  • Under 14 age group (born in 1993/1994) Fee:$95.00
  • Under 16 age group (born in 1991/1992) Fee:$100.00
  • Under 18 age group (born in 1989/1990) Fee:$100.00
  • Uniform deposit make a Undated cheque of Fee:$25.00 per player
  • Volunteer deposit make a undated cheque Fee: $75.00 per family

 

ALL AGE GROUPS: Undated uniform deposits cheque of $25.00 per player are required. Please note that your uniform deposit cheque will be held on file and it will only be deposited if the uniform is not returned at the Wind up event for the team or after your child’s last scheduled game. All uniforms are to be returned to the child's coach.

Also a Volunteer deposit cheque of $ 75.00 per family are required. It will be deposit only if the family choose not to do any volunteer of at least 2 hours.

 

Due to the unfortunate rise of collecting unpaid fees, Millet Soccer Association will no longer accept registration (s) for the soccer season if in the past, the participant (s) have not paid their registrations in full. There will be a limited number of openings per team, therefore registrations will be on the first come, first PAID IN FULL basis. (Some restrictions may apply).

 

- Third and subsequent child registration per family will be reduced by $25.00

 

- Each child is required to have knee length black socks, black shorts, shin pads and cleats.

 

- U6’s cleats are optional

 

 

NIGHTS OF PLAY

Season starts as weather permit

  • U6 - Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 to 7:30 pm
  • U8 - Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 to 8:00 pm
  • U10 - Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 to 8:30 pm

SEASON GAMES STARTS MAY 1. Practice before as arranged by the coach.

  • U12 - Tuesday at 7:15 pm and (Saturday morning 10:15 AM)
  • U14 - Monday and Wednesday at 7:15 pm
  • U16 - Tuesday and Thursday at 7:15 pm
  • U18 - Wednesday and Sunday

Privacy Statement

Millet Soccer Association collects and uses personal information of individuals registered in its official programs and events accordance with a strict privacy policy and to the extent necessary for specific purposes only.

Purposes for which personal information is collected include:

  • Identification for player / coach registration and team membership listings of the Association;
  • Processing player / coach registration, team membership and insurance verification with affiliated organizations including, but not limited to, the Battle River Soccer Association and Alberta Soccer Association;
  • Communicating with registrants by mail, telephone, fax or electronic means;

The Association shall limit collection of personal information to that designated on the current Registration Form and shall include inter alia legal name, address, birth date, gender and name(s) of parent(s) or guardian(s) of registrant and emergency contact details.
