In early 2021, Lac La Biche County residents will have access to a Musical Instrument Lending Library. This will provide library members an opportunity to borrow a variety of instruments at no cost. The Musical Instrument Lending Library is made possible with funding from the Kimberley Foundation. The Library Plan of Service Public Input Sessions are cancelled today. We are looking at doing at an online survey and will send he link out to invited participants as soon as it becomes available.

Yesterday, the Government of Alberta took more measures to limit the spread of COVID-19, including closing schools and daycares throughout the province. In support of these increased measures, the Lac La Biche County Library Board is closing both branches and pop up locations effective Monday, March 16th.
