2021 Schedule of Fees Changes

At the Special Meeting of Council held December 15, 2020, Lamont County Council approved changes to the Schedule of Fees effective January 1, 2021.

Ratepayers are advised to be aware of fee changes, including (but not limited to) the following:

• Compliance Certificate (standard)
• Development Permits & Agreements
• ISDAB Appeal Fee
• Subdivision Fee
• Land Title Certificate
• Final Endorsement Fee
• Water Rates
